Description: 

The City of Thunder Bay Recreation and Culture Division requires winter maintenance services which will include plowing of lots, hand clearing of entrance/exits, sidewalks and application of winter control material from various Community Centres. The level of service being requested will vary for each Community Centre and is outlined under Detailed Winter Maintenance Service Levels Required beginning on page 15 of this RFP.
