This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of an operational review and development of a new 2020-2030 Strategic Master Fire Plan for Thunder Bay Fire Rescue (TBFR) inThunder Bay, Ontario as further described in Part 2 – THE DELIVERABLES (the “Deliverables"). This RFP is issued by The City of Thunder Bay (THE CITY).
