The City of Thunder Bay (the City) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide an out-of-the-box Scheduling and Management Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution for On-Demand Paratransit and Microtransit Services. The solution shall include comprehensive hardware, software, a customer-facing mobile application and web-portal solution and Operator in-vehicle technology to optimize the City’s public transit services and provide a responsive, efficient, flexible and customer focused on-demand service for Thunder Bay Transit riders that complements the fixed route service.
