Victoria Avenue Revitalization - The Work of the Contract includes:
 

Tenant renovations, demolition of the Victoriaville Centre, and reconstruction of Victoria Avenue.
The description of the Work stated above is not, nor is it intended to be, a complete and all-inclusive “Description of Work”. The Work under this Contract includes:
 

  • Façade upgrades;
  • New public washroom in McKellar Mall;
  • New additions / entrances to existing buildings;
  • Addition of a McKellar Mall entrance store front and vestibule;
  • Complete demolition of the Victoriaville Mall, and trash room (unit C3), including slab and foundation.
  • Replacement of watermain;
  • Replacement of building services 
  • Hard surfacing and landscaping.
  • Plaza structure installation, including planters, benches, arbors, etc.
     

Refer to Summary of Work Section 01 11 06 and Work Restrictions / Special Provisions in Section 01 14 00.
