This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance the requirements of the – Evaluation of Submissions for an invitation to participate in a potential second-stage procurement process with respect to the provision of AMI Water Metering Program System Design, Supply, and Installation Services(the “Services”) to City of Thunder Bay, Thunder Bay, ON.
