Intent of this Tender call is to obtain an offer to perform the work of removing 4 existing boilers, installing 3 new boilers, replace existing hot water circ and boiler pumps, new associated venting and piping, remove an existing supply fan and replace with a new supply fan and associated work, complete replacement of the building automation system, construction of 3 new fully accessible washrooms, renovations to existing
shower/locker rooms, replacement of a portion of the north exterior wall of the pool and associated types of work located at the Canada Games Complex at 420 Winnipeg Avenue, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
