INTENT
.1 Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to complete renovations at Algoma Child Care Centre, located at 58 Algoma St. N., Thunder Bay, Ontario for Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with           Contract Documents.
.2 Perform Work and achieve Total Completion by October 31, 2023.
.3 Initiate Work within 7 days of receipt of notice of contract award.
