The City of Thunder Bay, Facilities Services, requires the rental, delivery, cleaning and replacement of seasonal rental floor mats on regular schedules to various City of Thunder Bay facilities, all in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and General Terms and Conditions. The floor mats are to be installed each year on or by November 1. The floor mats provided are to be carpet topped rubber backed mats or equivalent. The City will at its sole discretion determine if floor mats provided are acceptable. The floor mats provided are to be available in three sizes - 3’x 5’, 4’x 6’ and 3’x 10’. |
