The City of Thunder Bay requires Snow Plowing/Piling and Sanding of various Arena Parking Lots owned and operated by the City of Thunder Bay. The City will reserve the right to make changes to the level of service and requirements throughout the term of the contract and any subsequent renewals. The service provided in all locations must include all necessary equipment, tools, materials, and labour required for a complete and proper job to the total satisfaction of the City. The City will have discretion as to suitable equipment to be used to complete the job in a cost effective and timely manner. The City of Thunder Bay is requesting bids for snow plowing and sanding services as outlined in this RFT for the following facilities:
It is mandatory that bidders demonstrate previous experience in commercial type snow plowing and sanding contracts within the last three (3) years. |
