The City of Thunder Bay requires Snow Removal Services from the Grounds and Parking Lot at the Terry Fox Visitors Centre. This service is to include all the necessary labour, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision required for hand shovelling, plowing, clearing and snow blowing as outlined. |
