Stantec Architecture Ltd. has been retained by the City of Thunder Bay – Capital Facilities Construction to assist in this Request for Pre-Qualification. The City anticipates that successful Respondents in this RFPQ will be short-listed and invited to participate in a subsequent second-stage Request For Proposals (which will include a design competition) with the ultimate end goal of awarding a design-build contract to the successful proponent from that RFP process. It is anticipated that the successful proponent from that second-stage RFP would enter into a CCDC 14-2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract (with Supplementary Conditions) with the City. |
