This proposal is to obtain services from private and nonprofit community agencies to provide homemaking services to assist with laundry, light house cleaning, incidental grocery shopping and light meal preparation for the approved residents of the City of Thunder Bay. It is estimated that approximately 5,000 hours will be required throughout the year. The number of hours of service will vary depending on client circumstances and budget availability as approved by the Ministry. The service provider must have a flexible schedule in order to meet individual specialized requirements. All services are to be provided within the regular business hours of the successful proponent as the City of Thunder Bay will not pay overtime or holiday rates. |
