Invitation to ProponentsThis RFP is an invitation from The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (the “City”) to qualified Proponents to prepare and submit competitive offers for provision of a conceptual design and design specifications for an aerobic Source Separated Organics (or “SSO”, as defined below) and Leaf and Yard Waste (or “L&Y Waste”, as defined below) composting facility. The proposed facility will be located at City’s Solid Waste Recycling Facility located at 5405 Mapleward Rd, Thunder Bay, Ontario (the “SWRF”). The deliverables from this RFP process will form the basis for a subsequent design, build, operate RFP for the construction of the required facility. |
