The City of Thunder Bay, Construction Services with Recreation and Culture Division, invites Proposals from qualified firms for the Design/Build Project for the Fort William Stadium Turf Upgrades including the replacement of the track, field and lighting in, Thunder Bay, Ontario, in accordance with this RFP.
