The City of Thunder Bay Parks & Open Spaces Section is inviting qualified firms in Marine Salvage and Recycling to provide Tender pricing for the removal and recycling of the James Whalen Tugboat currently stored at a private wharf on the Kaministiquia River in Thunder Bay.
