Description: 

The Work of the Contract includes installation of a final cover on the West Cell of the Thunder Bay Solid Waste & Recycling Facility. The work includes, but is not limited to:
• Stripping and removing existing vegetation and trees;
• Placement of sand levelling layer;
• Installation of GCL;
• Placement of sand protective layer;
• Topsoil and seed and mulch;
• Passive landfill gas vents and collection pipes;
• Borrow pit development and access road.
