Description: 

In preparation for the 2019 construction season, the City of Thunder Bay (COTB),
Owner, is seeking quotations from Mechanical Consulting firms to act on its
behalf as the Prime Consultant for services relating to design, preparation of
Contract Documents, tendering, inspection and contract administration for replacement
of the existing two (2) Chiller units serving both the Fort William Gardens and
Fort William Curling Club. The facility is located at 901 Miles Street, Thunder
Bay, ON. Engineering services requested are to include all Work as described in
this RFQ. The Project must be led by a Mechanical Engineer with applicable sub-consultants licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario, with a minimum of 10 years mechanical design experience in large
commercial and industrial facilities.
