Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete HVAC Upgrades – Seg. 1 at the Pool 6 Administration Building located at 53 Water Street South, Thunder Bay, Ontario, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.
