The tender and construction will be undertaken by the eventual owner; the Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge (Owner). The tender and construction of the facility is dependent on the value of the Class A estimate once the contract document development is complete. Superior North Emergency Medical Services (SNEMS) currently operates 14 facilities in various communities within the District of Thunder Bay. The facilities vary in size and quality. In preparation of the 2019 construction season, the City of Thunder Bay (Project Manager) is seeking proposals from Prime Consultants led by an Architectural firm for services relating to design, preparation of Contract Documents, tendering, inspection and contract administration for the construction of a new SNEMS Ambulance Base to be constructed at 15 Marian Street, Kakabeka Falls, Ontario. The Prime Consultant shall retain sub-consultants as required to complete all the work as described in this |
