In preparation for the 2020 construction season, the City of Thunder Bay (Owner), is seeking proposals from Mechanical Engineering Consulting firms to act on its behalf as the Prime Consultant for services relating to design, preparation of Contract Documents, tendering, review and contract administration for the removal and replacement of the existing chiller unit, DDC system and retrofitting existing constant air volume AHU’s to variable air volume AHU’s that serves the West Thunder Community Centre. The building is located at 915 Edward St. S., Thunder Bay ON. Engineering services requested are to include all Work as described in this RFP. The Project must be led by a Mechanical Engineer licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario, with a minimum of 10 years HVAC design experience in large commercial and institutional facilities. |
